Two years ago, ReGen was founded with a single conviction —
that regenerative medicine in orthopaedics deserved a serious
scientific home in India, at a time when orthobiologics was
still finding its footing here.
A lot has changed since then. Regenerative medicine has moved
from the periphery to the mainstream. More practitioners are
adopting it, more patients are asking for it. With that growth
comes a responsibility we take seriously: that clinical
adoption is evidence-based and rests on strong scientific
grounding.
The early adopters in this field — orthopaedic surgeons, pain
specialists, researchers — chose to embrace regenerative
medicine before it was mainstream, and their patients are
better for it. ReGen is where those practitioners come
together, and we want you to be part of that conversation.
Over the past two years, ReGen has evolved from
introducing regenerative medicine to actively shaping the
conversation around it. Last year, that took a concrete
form — the publication of the world's first comprehensive
PRP Guidelines, an important step towards standardisation,
scientific rigour and evidence-based clinical practice.
ReGen 2026 marks the next chapter in that journey. This
year, we bring together internationally renowned experts,
leading researchers and experienced clinicians to explore
not only what is new, but what is proven, reproducible,
and meaningful for our patients. We will cover the
science, the evidence, the controversies, and the
innovations that will define where regenerative
orthopaedics goes from here.
Our position remains unchanged: regenerative medicine must
not be driven by hype, but guided by evidence. Not by
